Costs of the Meeting

There is no fee associated with the meeting.

There is limited support available for travel and accommodation costs for our EU Users. If you wish to be considered for this support please contact  by the 29th of September and include in your email details of expenses you expect to incur.

Accommodation

The cost of a single hotel room in the Aarhus area varies from 500 to 900,- DKK per night (breakfast included).

Rooms have been reserved at several hotels in Aarhus, details of which can be found below. Rooms will be allocated as registrations are taken and booked for you through the University. Please indicate your first and second choices on the registration form. If you wish to share a double room please indicate on the registration form and, if known, state the person with whom you wish to share.

A hotel located in the centre of the city close to the railway station, a single room costs ~900 kr (€120) per night.

In a lower price range there is a hotel in the centre, next to the cathedral, a single room costs ~525 DKK (€71), or a double room 645 DKK (€87)

• The Cab Inn - website

Limited places are available in the University Guest House at 330 DKK (€45) per night (self catering).

The deadline for registration for those who require accommodation is the 2nd of October.

The deadline for registration for those who do not require accommodation, but wish to participate in the lunches and/or dinner is the 25th of October.
