Bus from Aarhus Airport (AAR) to Ebeltoft

  • From Aarhus Airport there is a direct bus to Ebeltoft which takes around 20 minutes. Bus number 212 departs from outside the airport terminal building.
  • The last bus from Aarhus Airport to Ebeltoft leaves at 22:08 on weekdays, 19:11 on Saturday and 21:11 on Sunday. After this time you will need to take a taxi from Aarhus Airport to Ebeltoft, which should cost around 270 DKK. If there are no taxis waiting in front of the airport one can be called from the information desk inside the airport.

From Billund Airport (BLL) to Aarhus City Centre

  • The bus ride into the centre of Aarhus takes ~1hr and 30 minutes and costs 180DKK. The bus stops in the centre of the city, next to the SAS Radisson Hotel.   • To reach Ebeltoft from Aarhus City Centre you need to take bus number 123 from the coach station, which is a 10 minute walk from the Billund airport bus stop, see above for the instructions.

Bus from Aarhus City Centre to Ebeltoft

  • There is a direct bus from the "Rutebilstation" (Coach station) in Aarhus City centre to Ebeltoft (stop name Nørreport Nørrealle, which is just one stop before Ebeltoft C). Journey time is ~1 hour 20 mins. The coach station is shown on the map above. It is ~5 minutes walk from the train station and ~10 minutes from the Billund Airport bus stop.


Train from Copenhagen Airport (CPH) to Aarhus City Centre

  • By train from Copenhagen to Aarhus: There is a direct train from the airport to the centre of Aarhus which takes about 3 hrs 30 mins and leaves every hour at 40 minutes past the hour. (There are other trains which require a change at Copenhagen main railway station). The price of a one way ticket is 325 DKK and to reserve a seat is 25 DKK (recommended for journeys during peak hours in the morning and evening).
