Accommodation:
The cost of a hotel room is 620 to 675,- DKK per night (breakfast included) and will be booked through the University after you have registered.

Registration fee:
There is a meeting registration fee of 850,- DKK which includes the conference dinner, and lunches and refreshments at the Institute.

 

Please Note:

Once registered, if for some reason you are not able to attend the meeting please inform us by Friday 17th August 2000. If you cancel after this date you will be invoiced for the cost of accommodation and registration at the meeting. 

 
 

Airport bus charges:
        Aarhus Airport (Tirstrup) - Centre of Aarhus : 50,- DKr
        Billund Airport - Centre of Aarhus : 120,- DKr

Travel within Aarhus:
To walk from the Hotel to the Insitute takes approximately 20 minutes, however if you prefer, several bus services are available to the University.

Bus: A single ticket bought on a bus (ticket machine, no notes) will cost 13,-DKr and is valid in all zones for 2 hours.

A multi ride 'klippekort' can be bought in most newsagents for 70,-DKr which allows 9 journeys within zones 1 & 2 and is valid for 2 hours.
