Overview of Meeting

The 7th EU-Japan Joint Symposium on Plasma Processing (JSPP2009), will be held in the Conference Center at Château Liblice in Liblice, Czech Republic, from the 23rd to the 26th April 2009. The Symposium covers a broad range of science and technologies related to plasmas processing. This time we have selected " The role of surface chemistry in plasma processing" as the special topic of the Symposium and plan to dedicate some sessions to this theme. Of course, other traditional topics in plasma science and technologies, including the study of fundamental collision processes in plasmas will continue to be important subjects discussed in depth during the Symposium. This EU-Japan symposium follows the meeting Frontiers in Low Temperature Plasma Diagnostics VIII at the Hotel Panorama, Blansko, Czech Republic, 19th to 23rd April 2009, and transport between the two meetings will be arranged.
