All participants presenting an oral contribution or a poster are asked to submit an abstract. Please make sure your abstract is submitted before the Abstract Submission deadline: Friday 16th August 2013.

Prepare an abstract using latex using this template, the guidelines for preparing an abstract using this tex file can be found here. The abstracts should be submitted as both .tex and .pdf files, by e-mail (with subject heading Abstract Submission – own name) to .

The book of abstracts will be available online here, after the conference. At the conference, a hardcopy will be available for each participant.
