How to prepare and submit proposals.

Proposals must be submitted using one of the forms below, please select the appropriate form for the TNA you wish to apply for: TNA1 Proposal and Application Form , TNA2 Proposal and Application Form , TNA3 Proposal and Application Form , Please complete all sections of the form.
Before you submit the proposal, it is advised to contact the contact person for the relevant facility you wish to use. Submit the proposal electronically.

Dates for proposal submission

The current call for proposals (call 5) has a closing date of 30th November 2011 for final TNAs from 1st January 2012 to 31st December 2012

Previous calls

Call 1: Closing date September 2009 for visits from 1st November 2009 to 31st May 2010

Call 2: Closing date for second call 14th April 2010 for visits between 1st June 2010 and 31st October 2010

Call 3: Closing date for third call 31st October 2010 for visits between 1st January 2011 and 30th June 2011

Call 4: Closing date for fourth call 31st March 2011 for visits between 1st June 2011 and May 2012

TNA visit report

Once you have completed your TNA visit you are asked to submit a full scientific report on the outcome of your visit.
