Updates screen to often. Blinks often as "no new" is rewritten. (JSN)

Idea: Would be nice (and very useful) with a possibility to have the input parameter track another parameter. Example of use: Current control of ionsource filament. (Could be implemented as a value that was added to the T1,..T4 parameters) (JSN 990121)
