Guide to writing a STSM report

When completing a report for a STSM EIPAM visit please include the following information.

At the beginning of the document:

1. Your full name and address, including an email address.
2. Host's full name and address
3. Reference number
4. Dates of visit
5. The title of your project

The report should then include details under the following headings:

1. Purpose of the visit
2. Description of the work carried out during the visit
3. Description of the main results obtained
4. Future collaboration with host institution (if applicable)
5. Projected publications/articles resulting or to result from your grant
6. Other comments (if any)
