Travel

A shuttle-service will be provided for participants from Fiumicino airport "Leonardo da Vinci" and from the railway station Roma "Termini" to San Martino al Cimino.

PICK-UP SCHEDULE ON ARRIVAL (June 25th)

Fiumicino Airport
Shuttle buses from Fiumicino Airport will be leaving to the Conference Hotel from International Arrivals at the following times:

1. 14.30

2. 16.30

3. 18.30

Participants should look for the Conference Poster after having passed Customs. Members of the local organization will be carrying it and take participants to the bus at the above times.
Anyone arriving early morning could take the shuttle train to Termini Station, do a bit of sightseeing and catch the bus indicated below which leaves from Termini in the afternoon.

Termini Railways Station
The shuttle but will leave the Station at 17.30. Participants arriving by train should go to the Main Concourse of the Station, move to its side entrance on Via Marsala and look for the Conference Poster Carried by a member of the local organization, who will take them to the bus.

Ciampino Airport
Participants arriving there should look for a driver carrying the EIPAM name on a small board , right after having passed customs. They will be taken directly to the Conference Hotel.

You can also reach San Martino al Cimino indipendently in the following way:

By plane: Once at the Fiumicino airport "Leonardo da Vinci", get the train to the railway station Roma "Termini" (30 min.ride, first morning departure at 07:37, last evening departure at 22.37). Then you have two options:

• get a local train for Viterbo and then take the local bus 11 or a taxi (3km about to reach the hotel).

• catch the subway A and stop at Flaminio, then take a commuter train to Saxa Rubra and catch a bus 'Cotral' (bus1, bus2) to Viterbo. Once at Viterbo take the local bus 11 or a taxi to reach the hotel

By train: Rome main railway station "Termini" is linked by international trains to many european capitals. Once reached Rome you can follow the options reported above. For information about train timetable go to the Trenitalia link

By car: from any highway that reaches Rome follow the "Grande Raccordo Anulare " (GRA) and get out at Cassia bis (exit N.5). Once on "via Cassia bis", direction out of Rome, go ahead till "Viterbo". Once at Viterbo follow the road signs for S. Martino al Cimino. For more information consult a detailed map.
