Week 9, February 26, 2002.

Status of the ring: During the past week, we have had a few problems with both the microtron and RF-system, which have caused lower stored currents for a few days, but since yesterday we have been doing better, with currents about 165 mA. Lifetime is very good. We see lifetimes around 40 hours even just after injection!

Beamlines: No problems except that the new zoneplates for the X Ray microscope have not yet arrived.

The control system: A new upgrade (version 16) is coming today or tomorrow, and this one must be installed within the next few weeks. If you have questions, please contact or .
